KITSCHIEN (pronounced kitch·en) is a California-inspired specialty food brand founded by James & Cassie Schienle, built from a shared passion for hospitality, quality ingredients, and bringing people together around the table.

With over 20 years of culinary experience, James has spent his career in professional kitchens refining his craft as a chef, while Cassie has always brought that same warmth and creativity into the home kitchen. Together, their love for food, entertaining, and meaningful gathering became the foundation for KITSCHIEN.

Blending chef-driven creativity with approachable California flavor, KITSCHIEN creates handcrafted small-batch products designed to elevate everyday dining, whether it’s a backyard burger, a beautiful charcuterie spread, or a simple meal shared with family and friends.
