Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During product launches, exclusive releases, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping service selected.
We currently ship using trusted carriers, including:
- UPS
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
Available shipping methods may vary depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout before payment is completed.
KITSCHIEN does not inflate shipping costs. Rates are based on current carrier pricing and the shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are supplied by the shipping carrier and are estimates only.
Delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
KITSCHIEN is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of:
- The shipping box
- The packaging materials
- The product
- Any visible damage
If your shipment appears to be lost while in transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist in working with the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, KITSCHIEN cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. We encourage customers to ship to a secure location whenever possible.

At this time, KITSCHIEN ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
